Claims10x Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Claims10x collects and how it is used. It is written to satisfy the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and similar state laws.

What we collect

Addresses you look up. A US street address you enter is sent to a geocoding service (US Census; OpenStreetMap/Photon as a fallback) to find map coordinates. Looked-up addresses may be cached to speed up repeat lookups.
Email and address at checkout or lead capture. If you request or buy a report, we store the email address and the property address you provide in order to deliver the report and process payment.
Payment. Card and payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe) or crypto rail (Crossmint). Claims10x does not receive or store card numbers.

How we use it

We use the information solely to provide the Service: geocode lookups, deliver purchased reports, process payments, and respond to requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Geocode cache entries expire automatically (typically within 30 days). Order and lead records are retained as needed to deliver reports, meet tax/accounting obligations, and handle disputes, and are deleted on request where no legal retention duty applies.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing the operator. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Third parties

Data is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the Service (geocoding, payment processing) and as required by law. Weather data itself is public-domain and contains no personal information.

Do Not Track

The Service does not use advertising trackers and does not respond differently to Do-Not-Track signals because it does not track users across sites.
